There will be a trainer who will be teaching you online it will be one on one class of personal training, he will teach you correct biomechanics of exercise.
To guide you what to eat and then do it (which source of calories should you intake and how much to intake and when to intake)

Our consultation will be virtually face to face on zoom application, which will be about how we are going to conduct sessions and about nutrition.
Consultation charges will be payed first and then you will get appointment of Saturday (Note that consultation appointment can be scheduled only on Saturday)
